Letters of Compliance

At DayStar Apparel, we are committed to producing high-quality American-made apparel built for durability, consistency, and long-term performance. Most of our raw materials are sourced and manufactured in the United States, which gives us greater visibility into the materials and components used throughout our production process. While not all raw materials can be sourced domestically, we do have a determination to try and do so whenever possible.

DayStar garments labeled "Sewn in USA" are made from imported fabrics.
Currently, all DayStar apparel is, at minimal, cut & sewn in the USA at the Jasper, GA sewing facility.
DayStar works closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to help ensure the materials used in our garments meet applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements, including flammability requirements where applicable. Our compliance efforts may include supplier documentation, third-party testing, and/or material evaluations. We remain committed to providing dependable products that our customers can trust.
